True to its name, White Whale by MASQUE MILANO is a marine aquatic scent, one that is interesting and intriguing. The fragrance is slightly salty, aquatic with a measure of ambergris and seaweed accords. The heart is slightly smoky, with a hint of incense. Interesting artistic interpretation of the inside of an old wooden boat, with waxy candle accord and incense providing the feel of old wood.
Light floral notes and the orris powderiness soften the scent to appeal to both men and women. This is not a mass production crowd pleasing fragrance, for there is artistry in its formulation. Very good
