Returns and Exchange Policy

Goods sold are not returnable nor refundable. Scent Loft decants only genuine and authentic products from original manufacturers' bottles and ensures that every order is securely packed to maximize protection. However, we request that you inspect the package within 3 calendar days of receipt of the product and inform us immediately if anything is amiss.

We will replace your order with a one for one exchange if we can confirm that the item is incorrectly sent or faulty. This is on condition that you did not tamper with the contents or use any part of the contents, and have kept the original product in its original packaging. If the item you have ordered is out-of-stock, you may exchange it for a similar product of the same price or top up for a higher priced product. There will be strictly no cash refunds.To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, you need to make the request by emailing us at contact@scentloft.com within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product and keep the original product and packaging to qualify for a one-to-one exchange.
