Delina is clearly marketed as a women’s perfume. But Delina’s scent profile and its evolution is interesting and much more sophisticated. The fragrance’s opening is dominated by a lovely blending of lychee and rhubarb, with the greenness of the rhubarb neutralising the sweetness for a unisex vibe.
At the heart, the rhubarb begins to fade and this clears the way for the slightly powdery and mild sweetness of the florals to emerge. This stage is feminine leaning. Into the dry down, the florals fade and blends well with the woody cedar and musky notes for a masculine leaning base that is soft, warm and comforting. The fragrance has strong performance and good sillage, so use sparingly.
